Terms & Conditions
- A minimum of 4 days (excluding bank holidays) are required for delivery/collection from placement of all orders, save for cup cakes, for which 3 days' notice is required and wedding cakes, orders for which must be placed at least 1 calendar month in advance.
- Orders placed at shorter notice may be possible, subject to prior agreement by email.
- We guarantee delivery on the requested date, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, provided this is at least 4 days from the date of order as above. We reserve our right to confirm the time by email, but always aim to deliver as close to the requested time as possible (within the delivery times set out below), however delivery at the requested time may not be possible and is subject to demand.
- Delivery times are Monday to Friday evenings between 7pm and 9pm, (excluding bank holidays) and Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.
- Collection is generally between these times, subject to agreement prior to/following placement of order.
- Requested collection date and time will be confirmed by email following placement of order.
- Delivery to postcodes other than BA1 and BA2 is available, subject to agreement of a price, via email/telephone.
- In the event that collection is arranged and the cake is not collected, we will not keep the cake for more than 48 hours, during which collection can be re-arranged. Thereafter the order will be treated as cancelled. No refund will be given.
- Payment is to be made in full via our website or by telephone when the order is placed for all ackes except wedding cakes. No refunds will be given if an order is cancelled within 4 days of the delivery/collection date. In the case of wedding cakes, no refund will be given if the order is cancelled within 1 calendar month of the delivery/collection date. If cancelled with such notice, the refund of all cakes will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
- We accept 50% depsoit on placement of a wedding cake order, the outstanding balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to delivery.
- It is the customer's responsibility to contact us in respect of the outstanding balance 2 weeks prior to the delivery/collection date and ensure the balance is paid. Cakes will not be delivered unless paid for in full in advance.
- In the rare event that a cake is not as ordered or the cost to be refunded due to an error on our part, the maximum refund will be the value of the cake and delivery.
- We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel orders where delivery outside BA1 and BA2 postcodes is requested but the price is not agreed prior to/within 48 hours of the order being placed. In this event refunds will be given subject to a £5 administration fee.
- Gluten free versions of most cakes are available. In some cases, the decoration prohibits this. Alternatively the decoration may vary slightly if gluten-free alternative decorations are used.
- Gluten free cakes are made in the same kitchen as other cakes, although great care is taken at all times to prevent gluen free products coming into contact with gluten.
- Dairy free cakes are not available.
